2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

To Provide Services: To process your course enrollment, manage your membership, and provide you with access to our trading training materials and resources.
To Communicate with You: To send updates about our services, educational content, account updates, marketing communications, and customer service.
To Process Payments: To handle transactions for course fees, membership, and other financial interactions.
To Improve Our Services: To analyze usage data and improve our website, courses, and user experience.

3. User Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

4. Registration and Account Creation

5. Payment and Fees

Course Fees: The fees for our trading courses are outlined on our website. These fees must be paid in full prior to accessing the course content unless alternative payment arrangements, such as Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), are provided and agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once you have started the course. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as an error in payment, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Funding Fees: If you qualify for a funded trading account, Hunter Gray Group charges a profit share on any profits generated from the trading activity, as agreed upon during the funding process.

6. BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) Terms

If you choose to use the BNPL option for payment, you agree to the following:

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upon enrollment.
Payment Structure: The remaining balance must be paid in full within a maximum of 3 months. The payments will be divided into two equal installments.
Funding Requirement: Full payment of the course fee must be cleared before any funding is granted. If the remaining balance is not paid in full within the 3-month period, you will not be eligible for funding, and your access to our services may be suspended.

No Interest: The BNPL option is provided with 0% APR if paid within the 3-month period. Failure to complete payment within this time frame may result in further charges or removal from the funding program.

7. Trading and Funding Conditions

Hunter Gray Group provides funding opportunities up to £100,000 to qualified traders. To be eligible for funding, you must:

Complete the required training program successfully.
Demonstrate consistent performance on a simulated trading floor or in a controlled trading environment.
Comply with our risk management rules, including stop-loss and take-profit guidelines.

Funding will only be granted after you meet the necessary criteria, and you will be required to adhere to the terms of the profit-sharing agreement.

8. Restrictions on Use

By using our Services, you agree not to:

Use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to trading, financial markets, or data protection.
Share your login credentials with any third party or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Attempt to manipulate or circumvent our course, trading, or funding systems in any way.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Hunter Gray Group, including but not limited to courses, software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary information, are the intellectual property of Hunter Gray Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Guarantees of Success: While we provide training and funding, Hunter Gray Group does not guarantee profits or success in trading. The financial markets are volatile, and trading carries inherent risks.
Limitations of Liability: Hunter Gray Group shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of our services, including trading losses, unless directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunter Gray Group, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination of Services

Hunter Gray Group reserves the right to terminate your access to our services, including course access and funding opportunities, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account by notifying us in writing. However, any outstanding fees must still be paid.
